Shipping Information: We make every effort to ship your package within 48 hours of receiving your order. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping via FedEx is available for an extra charge. Items in original packaging may be returned for a full refund. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, Friends of Yad Sarah will provide a prepaid shipping label. We cannot refund gift wrap charges.
